This is a mediocre attempt to actually ignore his points about the GA law. Let's say he is starting off from a "bad point". That would make his defense of the GA law easy to dismantle, no? Instead of doing that you just made a ham fisted attempt to dismiss his whole statement because you think his first point is incorrect.
