Funny how this has been completely blown out of proportion. Here are the facts as best I can find them.

This says it's actually only banned within 150 ft. from the polling location. So in theory you could pass out steak dinners if that's what you wanted as long as you were 151 ft. away.
Just more disinformation from the left all the while crying about Fox news doing the same.
