Teen girl in Columbus killed by police

-NBC says the victim had a knife and even showed a picture of the knife as proof but they are called "biased" just because the cut out part of the 911 call.

-FoxNews actively promotes the lie about the stolen ekection so hard that they get sued, have to dump one of their top shows (Lou Dobbs), and one of the popylar guests they used to support the lie (Sidney Powell) got sued and as a defense claimed that no reasonable person would have believed her claims.

Almost every network shows some bias but Fox, Breitbart, Newssmax, and OAN are a hundred times worse.

Agreed. Excellent points.

One might add that while the MSM has some difficulty criticizing the corporate media as corporate media, the Left-without-quotation-marks has been doing that for decades. The MSM bias in favor of capitalism and US national interests partly enables the RWM by sharing its blind spots regarding the role of free market ideology in current issues from the wealth gap to vaccine resistance to foreign policy.

In any case, as your examples indicate, the MSM is far less "agenda-driven" than Fox et al, and with far less deleterious effect on U.S. democracy.

The false equivalence of these two media spheres as equally biased and agenda-driven is itself a propaganda effect of the RWM. That's why Fox designated "leftists" and actual leftists are sometimes reluctant to dwell on MSM biases, since addressing the RWM is so much more urgent and they are hesitant to feed the false equivalence.
