I am aware of policies about making statements while in uniform (which apparently only matter for law enforcement at this point). However, this is hardly a political statement and more a statement about how absurd criticisms of LEO's are at this point in time. This guy made a smart and satirical response to Lebron's asinine tweet, but unlike Lebron he's actually held to task. You can take issue with his point, or the fact that he made it in uniform, but a week's suspension is a serious thing and will be on his record forever. Seriously, screw this double standard.
