Uh, you're just flat out wrong on this one. There is no time when police are going to come across a felon with a firearm and the felon will keep the firearm. This post from you is perhaps the best example of how far off base you are with your understanding of this situation. I was going through each of the prior posts and had started formulating my responses, but this one makes it clear that you have zero idea what you are talking about.
