Bengals paid to keep Bobbie Williams here on a send contract.  Bengals paid Boling very well to keep him here on a second contract.

Both Zeitelr and Steinbach received free agent contracts that placed them at or very close to being the very highest paid at the position in the league.  Many people claimed they were overpaid.  Neither one of them played out those large contracts for the teams that signed them.
