Perhaps Mike Brown isn't so Semi-Retired?

As someone who has spent zero minutes in a front office meeting, I think Mike still controls things. I think the difference between now, and say 8 years ago, is that he probably does more listening and getting opinions. It's like he has a cabinet and they advise him on what to do. He still holds the final thumbs up or down, but is more likely to let others state their case.
