It's usually between all the former players talking about how cheap the franchise is or how it's run like shit.

I think Mike wants to win, but he only wants to win if he can do it his way. That means his scouting people, his family and friends program for hiring and drafting who he wants when he wants.

To really commit to being a championship team would require doing things he is unwilling to do as has been shown by his record since he took over.

It would be impressive if it wasn't just so damn sad.
