They also failed in the draft. They also failed coaching. It's not enough to simplify it down to just drafting better. They need to manage their assets better, as well as coach and develop players better. 

I hope to see some of our young lineman come along well in the years to come--and see the organization turn a corner with their offensive line development.

All I was posting was that Boling had blood clots and that was announced literally as soon as he retired.
