I actually feel that Hill, like Gio last year, is suffering from 2nd year syndrome. A lot of sports people have a less productive year in their 2nd year when compared to their rookie year. This can be due to a number of factors including; opposing teams having a better idea how to nullify their effectiveness or the player becoming complacent following a strong rookie season.
Most players overcome this moving into their 3rd season.
