There have been some positive signs of late.  The recall effort on Gascon is picking up steam and appears to have some heavyweight backing this time.  You can tell he's feeling the heat because he's starting to backtrack on his worst bullshit.  The recent case in which he handled a transgender child molester with kid gloves blew up in his face.  It's far too little, too late and he's still awful in a myriad other ways, but it appears people are waking up to the real world consequences of this "progressive" garbage.
