Nope, I read it. I agree, don't let things like hunch's and patterns be part of police work, because they never turn out to be correct. Whoever came up with Broken Windows policing should be lashed. No more traffic stops, no more Terry stops, no more arrests period. Leave those innocent people alone and society can rely on their good graces. It will be wonderful. We should come up with a catchy phrase to name our new land.
