Don't see them even trying to retain Bates, they're not even getting their money out of him presently on the tag. 

Plus Mixon, Burrow, Higgins, Boyd, and Wilson can not all be signed unless they're planning on not signing Chase. Which I don't see that happening.

As soon as Burrow is signed several pricey players have to be released and then the same thing when signing Chase the following year.
