Are you serious? Where has Genocide Joe proposed stopping/deterring illegal immigrants to come to the border? He can do this by declaring an emergency, yet he refuses. Why? His goal is not to take the money and stop/deter illegal immigrants from coming to the border, his goal is add more lawyers. more judges to process even more illegal migrants.

Immigration under Genocide Joe is a loser, he won't change that by trying to blame others. He owns the invasion, he caused it day one in office by getting rid of the great Trump immigration policies.
