Was it? I haven't seen any charges, or heard of any forthcoming. As for your deliberate mischaracterization of my statement on the tactic, it's rather par for the course for you. You can't argue against something, so just misrepresent it. I'll put it to you more directly. Did the bussing of migrants to sanctuary cities raise awareness of the extent of this problem or not? Meanwhile the Senate has a bipartisan bill to really do something about the perceived problem.
Except the Senate doesn't need to do a single thing to "solve" this problem. Existing immigration law, if actually enforced, would address it.
