Letting Title 42 expire started it, sure the numbers went down the 2 months after it expired as the immigrants figured out how things were going to go moving forward, then you see the rush again as now they aren't required to stay in Mexico but are to be released into the US. 

His bill wasn't giving the Republicans what they wanted, if it was, it was disguised as a catch-22 as I've said repeatedly, in year 4 we will be in worse shape than now.

BTW Do you even understand how Catch and Release works? It totally undermines coming to the US legally
