then present it to a prosecutor for charges.

Otherwise, time for the GOP to stop all the partisan outrage about "corruption"
which they have no intention or means of prosecuting.

Time to stop calling it a double standard when one presidential candidate can
be charged on prosecutable evidence and the other cannot.
