No, he's given a little lip service here and there, but any moron could tell it was going to be a problem after Year 1. Year 4 he's trying harder but now he's allowed it to become a Political thing and you can't fault the R's for using it against him, anymore than you can fault the D's for using abortion against the R's for political reasons.
Everyone is taking sides now cause it's election time. If you are going to fix stuff, need to push and keep pushing every chance you can get.
