If he promises it by the end of the month, every month throughout his entire term I'll agree that it is "Trump style".  We're still waiting for Trumps "beautiful" health care plan in two weeks.

He's going to lay it out almost the same as Trump did with a minor tweak or two, but we shall have to wait and see.

No idea why you are bringing up the Month by month every month part, Biden would need to go a serious EO run to catch up to the number of EO's Trump made.
