You do know Trump won in court for asylum seekers to stay in Mexico or last safe country they came through. But Biden removed it immediately creating an invasion. 

I find it funny for a Democrats to use the courts as an excuse to not attempt to secure the border. Yet, the Supreme Court said no to student loans being paid off, but Biden did it anyway (yes, it is being challenged). But did not stop Joe from attempting it.

Simple explanation, Biden campaigned on allowing illegal immigrants into the country without a penalty. We have laws on the books, but our DOJ, Homeland Security and F.B.I. refuse to enforce the law. Joe wanted an invasion, denied it for 3 years and now in an election year he says he MAY do something.
