I don't know, I remember one article that counted 30,573 falsehoods uttered publicly in his four years in office, or an average of about 21/day. So if, on average, he was telling more than one falsehood per waking hour, and not everything he said was made public like that, I am betting he had some more dense lying streaks than 15 in 17 minutes.
