Should Citizens be required to provide valid ID to vote in federal elections?

Say what now?  I have so many questions. How do they even find all these illegals to give them their free phone? Why would they give them a free phone? Do legal immigrants also get a free phone, or is it just for the illegal ones? Can they change their free phone plan to another free phone plan? This is all so exciting to learn.
