You can't force someone to pray or acknowledge God. But if you have a morning meeting started with a prayer that's reasonable, especially since you can just stand there.
it is if you are forced into it... if they are taknig time out of the day to have everyone prey its a problem..
You can pray at home on your break in your head any time there is ZERO reasons to make everyone else join you.
