If you can find a post where I defended any Steeler fan of making posts like Rascal's, then have at it. But like I said, good luck with that. I'm not 'that guy' who goes on a crusade searching for certain words and attacking when I see them, but I will respond when someone says something I don't like in a post directed at me. So stop it with your own arrogant accusations. You can accuse me of being over-sensitive to the issue, but the only way to accuse me of a double standard is to make bullshit assumptions about my motives.
I have seriously considered giving up on football entirely over the whole CTE thing because I don't think my entertainment is worth the destruction of lives. The only thing that keeps me holding on is that the research is still incomplete. So no, I didn't just write what I wrote because Rascal is a Bengal fan.
