If he really was killing looters after Katrina then he was evil and maybe racist.
But there is no way you can compare killing enemy combatant to killing random people walking down the street just because they have brown skin.
it is amazing some of the mental gymnastics some of you come up with to support a cold-blooded, racist killer of an innocent man.
