You talk to them first, and you can take steps to limit the chance of exposure. Block sites on devices, don't allow some channels to be accessed on your cable, etc.

Can they get around it? Sure. Same as with anything adults do. If you (or anyone) drink, your kids can sneak it. If you (or anyone) smoke, your kids can steal them. You can't legislate that away. You can't pass more laws to make your kids act more responsible. All you can do is be a more responsible parent.

Now, you could pass more laws holding parents more responsible, but that's about it. But a porn prohibition only hurts the millions and millions of us married guys who haven't seen a boob outside of a strip club in 12 years.
