Yeah. The dirty little secret is that none of that really matters. Stupid kids with dumb and disinterested parents generally perform poorly no matter how many resources you throw at it.
If you want "equal opportunity through education" then you're going to have to create a mating lottery. Unfortunately that doesn't really jive with the "woman's body is her own" crowd.
