Secluded, but how would he know that no other women would be in there?  Or do you think he thought they'd just let him rape her?  He went in because he knew that he could with no red flags asked, and then it was empty, so he was able to attempt to commit the crime.  

Hilarious how some of you think this is a coincidence.
