And how are you dealing with them? Aren't you an accountant or some finanical officer at the university? If I am correct here then you are dealing with them on a different level. Parents aren't blaming you if the bill isn't paid. They do blame teachers, friends, coaches, athletic department, fraternity, etc ..... If they are falling short.
