And wow, who knew it was actually smart to purchase something you're unable to afford? Who knew it was intelligent to enter into a lease agreement where within 3 months or so (depending on the kindness of the landlord) you not only would be looking for a new place to live (due to being evicted), but you would be further burdened by the debt of back rent due?

No, you're wrong because you can't imagine a single renter who wants a two bedroom apartment and when given an example you you said no because that wasn't the way it was explained in the article.

That's why you are wrong.

Not even that I might be right.

Just that you were shown how a single renter or "worker" could want a 2 bedroom and you just refused to accept it so you could continue to call them stupid.
