Boris was even a guest on Top Gear, a BBC America show in which he was the butt of many jokes over the years. One of the likely reasons he backed away from running for PM was expose' of his misrepresentation of the money Britain would save by exiting. From my view, the world would be better served if this guy wasn't in any official capacity at all.
Some say you can place your ear next to his, and hear the ocean ....
