You are not having your freedom removed in any way.  Under the law everyone gets treated exactly the same way.  Atheist and/or homosexuals cannot discriminate against Christians and Christians can not discriminate against atheist and/or homosexuals.

But to answer your question, yes, the law has to be the same everywhere.  There are no parts of the country that would be free from discrimination.  There are no "perfect" towns or states.
