Not keen on this. If someone is working on a B.S. in Kinesiology or some other bull shit then I'm not keen on their schooling being paid for. Programs to send more people to college does nothing but exacerbates an already growing problem of people with worthless four year degrees. And I say this as someone who would have job security forever with a program like you just proposed.
