He's in been in prison for extensive time before and still stabbed his brother this time.  He's attacked cops, driven while intoxicated (after my wreck), fought random people, etc.

He needs a boot in his ass that his old man never put there.  I just hope that it's not too late.  I think the best place for him would be the army because, if they can't get him straightened out, no one can.

While this guy is in jail he wont endanger society at large.
Obviously when the stabbing took place, they were in close physical proximity ( were both brothers in jail together ? ) ( I  suspect not )
