Legally, a fetus is called a fetus because it can't live outside of the mother, but a baby or child can, so she's saying it's ok to murder something that can survive outside of the mother.

In my state, and most states, you need to be 21 to purchase alcohol.

However, birthday is a measure from the day you were born, not the day you were created.
