I may be mistaken (or it may differ by state), but there's no anonymity in civil suits. If criminal charges were filed, she would have been; if she sued for damages, I she wouldn't be anonymous. One loophole is the charges can be filed under a pseudonym (that's where I might be mistaken). Which is probably why it states a woman "using the name Katie Johnson."
