Shame on the sensationalist title of the thread. As far as I can tell, Trump hasn't been charged with anything. Secondly, a "lawsuit" of this nature, filed without any sort of legal representation must not have much factual based evidence, as certainly in Liberal California, plenty of worthy attorneys would have jumped at the opportunity to take down Trump. And, why is this filed in California if the events occurred in NYC?
