Republicans abandoning Trump?

because he has such strong Christian values with his sexual assaults, multiple wives and crooked business dealings? No, because, as a party, democrats support pro choice and gay marriage.

trump supports a lot of things churches are against, even supporting abortion in the past, but as long as he doesn't change parties (again), evangelicals will support him just because it's not supporting the other party. As long as that happens, the other side of the GOP can't do much.

I do not have a link, but I saw a rather long list of evangelical pastors (no idea if the average congregation was 10 or 10,000) who had signed on to a letter denouncing Trump and saying in effect no Christian of good conscience could possibly vote for him.
JOHN ROBERTS: From time to time in the years to come, I hope you will be treated unfairly so that you will come to know the value of justice... I wish you bad luck, again, from time to time so that you will be conscious of the role of chance in life and understand that your success is not completely deserved and that the failure of others is not completely deserved either.
