Excluding the strikethrough there, you've just described every president since FDR. On both sides. Clinton II is no scarier than Trump, Bush the Sequel, Obama, Bush the First, Clinton I, Reagan, Nixon, Carter, etc. Although, the funny part is, the strikethrough was originally proposed by conservatives in the 90s.
