Transsexual is someone who has changed their sex. Transgender is someone who has only changed their gender.

It is better than calling them "*****", as you have in the past, but it would be incorrect to refer to a transgender person as transsexual, just as it would be incorrect to call them gay.

Also, you can also not refer to her as "dude", "guy", and "he". Or "freak show" and "mentally ill".
