He is ok with trafficking human body parts to the highest bidder. The fact that he has crossed that threshold morally means that he will justify anything they say in defense.
Some people are just ok with selling off baby parts to whomever is willing to pay the most.
Obviously Dino is in that group. That's it's ok to sell humans.
