The same hyperbole could be applied to any restaurant from Subway to Red Lobster. "Can you believe they have the nerve to charge $6 for iceberg lettuce and mayo?!" "$25 for biscuits?!" How do these people stay in business? 

And as always, it's not about what a business can afford, it's about what consumers will pay and what employees will work for.

But the biscuits are free at Red Lobster.
