Why do you think people want Vinny Rey released? I think he's great value as a reserve LB that can start in a pinch. He may not be the most athletic, fast, strong or imposing LB ever, but he knows his role and does his job. I'm very comfortable with him staying on as the first back up off the bench for at least the duration of his current contract.
