Yes, a team that hadn't won in a super long time fired their garbage GM and stopped hiring low-grade managers like Mike Quade, Dale Sveum, and Rick Renteria to get one of the top managers in the league and THEN broke the bank to get the hottest GM in sports who just got done breaking a super long drought in Boston.

Holy crap, getting the best guys in the business and giving them years to get it done can work!?  THE FIX IS ON!!!
