AJ Green is a star. Atkins would be a star but the NFL refuses to promote him as such. Same with Burfict and maybe even Dunlap. Dalton has had his moments. We have players that would qualify as stars if they were on a better run franchise, or if the NFL wanted to "make" the Bengals a thing.
The training, nutrition, medicine, fitness, playbooks and rules evolve. The athlete does not.
