The Bengals didn't get good production from Stacy Andrews. What proof do you have that Stacy Andrews had "good production" with Cincinnati? I don't ever recall seeing anyone say that Stacy Andrews was "good" back in the mid-2000's. The Eagles simply overpaid for a mediocre-at-best talent and it bit them in the butt.
