I can see buffalo, Cleveland or Arizona offering a third to move up for a qb. It's been mentioned that Washington and Indy asked about 9 at the combine.

I hadn't considered New Orleans maybe wanting to draft a top local kid, if that matters down there. I think Adams goes at 3 anyway.
