BTW it has now been over 13 years and none of the fears over how the Patriot Act would be used have come true. No political prisoners. No property seized. No dissenters or protesters silenced. Nothing.
The TPA was never disclosed to the public, in it's entirety.
That is where the exaggerations came in.
