Think about what you just said, providing the World Banks do not have the majority of the middle east in their fold.
What happened to the price of oil, after they let ISIS run rampant ?
It dropped and there was less profit for the middle east.
What if the World Banks were buying the black market oil from ISIS ?
Granted, this is all hypothetical BS (regarding this specific example), but I know your intelligent enough to see how it COULD go down.
