My question is, how do you test for an OVI if it stays in your system for 4-6 weeks.
For example, if a guy who used a week ago is involved in an accident that results in a fatality, would he be charged with vehicular manslaughter or would it be an accident? He wouldn't have been under any influence but with the way testing is done, he would have it in his system.
